Selama dua hari terakhir, Rio Ferdinand ternyata meluangkan banyak waktu di Twitter. Maklum saja, manajer Sir Alex Ferguson sebelumnya memutuskan untuk tidak membawa bek tengah Manchester United itu ke Glasgow, Skotlandia.
Sebagai gantinya, Jonny Evans diturunkan guna menghadapi Rangers dalam lanjutan Grup C Liga Champions, Kamis (25/11) dinihari WIB. Sementara Ferdinand bukan cedera, melainkan sengaja diistirahatkan oleh Fergie.
Kesempatan ini dimanfaatkan oleh Ferdinand untuk menghabiskan waktu bersama keluarga, termasuk "keluarganya" di Twitter yang disebutnya twitfam. Jumlah pengikut rioferdy5 pun sudah menembus angka 200.000 lebih sejak Selasa lalu.
